[Authenticity Certification]
  • Products sold through the Discovery Expedition Online Official Store and authorized retailers are genuine and come with a unique product serial number and RFID tag.
  • Products that cannot be verified as authentic may be counterfeit or illegally distributed.
    Only products with an attached RFID tag and care label are eligible for returns in case of defects or product issues.

⚠ Important: If the RFID tag or care label is removed, returns will not be accepted.
