While the product you ordered is in the completed payment stage, you can cancel the order directly from the order inquiry screen. If you enter a bank account number where the payment amount will be refunded when canceling the payment through deposit without a bankbook, the payment amount will be refunded within 3 business days.
For reference, the order cannot be canceled if it is in the delivery stage.
