Sometimes a product which is available at the time a member places an order becomes out of stock due to a large volume of orders.
In such cases, we promptly warehouse the relevant product to prevent any interference in shipping. However, in the case of a product which has been out of stock for a long period of time, we provide information to the member by phone and refund or ship the product immediately when it is supplied. We will always do our best to ensure prompt shipping.
