If the product you ordered is in preparation, you can cancel your order immediately from Cancel/Return/Exchange at "MY PAGE".   However, when the product has been shipped, you cannot cancel your order, so you need to request for return. In case of canceling the order due to a simple change of mind, you need to pay the shipping and handling fee both ways.
