Is a product exchange available?

Only the product exchange for a different size and color is available, and the product can be exchanged within 7 days after receiving it only when the product is not used.  


 [Exchange procedure]

①  Log into the homepage, select Request for cancel/exchange/return from My Page -> and select the Exchange button from the order details
② Enclose, wrap and return the delivery box you received with the product and a simple memo (name of site you purchased the product, name of person who ordered, contact information, reason for exchange)
③ When the product is returned, we will ship the requested product for exchange. - In case of exchange due to a simple change of mind, you need to pay the shipping and handling fee both ways.
- In case of exchange due to a product defect, your product will be exchanged, and you can hand over your defective product to the ePOST shipping courier when you receive a replacement product. Since you already paid the shipping and handling fee both ways, you do not need to pay any additional shipping and handling charge when the courier collects the defective product. [Exchange or return is not accepted for any of the following reasons.]
* If the product has been damaged due to the customer’s mistake
* The product''s packaging has been damaged so that the product value has been lost (E.g. Damage of tag/label)
