A/S guidance and inquiry
 If the product you purchased has a defect, we compensate you as follows according to the compensation rules for any damage. 1. Refund and product exchange are available within 7 days after purchase. 2. We accept no responsibility for a product with damage that occurred due to the consumer''''s negligence, deformation that occurred due to incorrect washing or a product with an expired warranty period (1 year)    , If the repair of the product is possible, we will repair the product at a reasonable price.   

A/S Reception 1. Request at a store If you visit the store where you purchased the product or a near-by store and request for A/S, the friendly staff will handle your request. 2. Submission to the main office by parcel delivery service Submission by mail: You can prepare the following items and send them with the product together by mail. Required items: Customer name/telephone number/address/AS request detail (specific) Address: consumer consulting center at F&F Annex building, 541,  Eonju-ro, Gangnam-gu, Seoul  Discovery manager (However, the customer should pay the shipping and handling fee.)  

 A/S PeriodThis period is based on the reception at the store by drop off (period from the reception of the product at the store and the delivery of the product to the store again). A/S may take shorter or longer according to the product status or type of A/S.

 Range of sA/S repair
A product is repaired free of charge within the warranty period (1 year) in principle. However, the cost incurred for the replacement of a consumable part or repair due to the customer''''s negligence will be charged.
  

  A/S Caution
 - If the same fabric or raw material is not available, a similar fabric or raw material may be used for repair.
- In case a repair is carried out, it is impossible to restore its original state to 100%.
 - Please note that if it is judged as non-repairable even after it is received by the main office, repair will not be available.  
- The repair due to the consumer’s negligence will be charged regardless of purchase period, and an additional repair cost may be charged according to the product status.
 - Non-repairable items for clothing: Size reduction, stretched-out fabric, peeling off of lining, addition, change and removal of design Non-repairable
 
- Non-repairable items for articles: Size reduction, damage on visor, stick, handle, addition, change or removal of design, purchase of shoe inserts and shoelaces Non-repairable  
- No repair for reform (all items)  
- The repair of a product provided as a free gift is not available.  
- Regardless of item, repair may not be possible according to the range and area of damage.
