- If the product has not arrived within 5 days after requesting for exchange or return
- If the shipping and handling fee for both ways (5,000 KRW) due to the customer’s simple change of mind has not been deposited or enclosed
- If the product has been damaged due to a reason attributable to the customer
- If the product''s packaging has been damaged so that the product value has been lost (E.g. Damage of tag/label)
- If the product value has diminished significantly over time so that the product cannot be sold again
