You can return the product within 7 days from the day of receiving the product only when the product is not used.
[Return procedure]
① Log in to the homepage, select -> Request for cancel/exchange/return from My Page, and select the Return button from the order details.
-> Check the product you wish to return, enter the refund information and reason for return in detail.
(Write the return method for the product at the same time when writing the reason for return. Select whether you will call the parcel delivery service personally for returning the product or request the main office to send the parcel delivery man)
② Enclose, wrap and return the delivery box you received with the product and a simple memo (name of site you purchased the product, name of person who ordered, contact information, reason for return).
- However, in case of returning the product due to a simple change of mind, you need to pay the initial shipping and handling fee and the shipping and handling fee for return.
③ When the return product has been received, the cash will be refunded or the credit card payment will be canceled.. - Online deposit: Refund the payment amount without a bankbook after the payment is canceled
- Credit card: You can check the cancellation of a credit card payment from the credit card company within 7 to 10 days after the payment is canceled.
- Mileage/Points: You can check the restored mileage or points from My Page
- Coupon: The coupon you used will be re-issued, but if the coupon has expired, it will not be re-issued.
[Exchange or return will not be accepted for any of the following reasons/]
* If the product has been damaged due to a reason attributable to the customer
* If the product''s packaging has been damaged so that the product value has been lost (E.g. Damage of tag/label)
* If the product value has diminished significantly over time so that the product cannot be sold again
